There is no relation between the way a person dresses and who they are, whether good or bad. Your thinking reflect the impact of western ideas that have set the minds of most Africans askew. Remember that before any Caucasian sighted our shores, our forefathers went about with very little on, not because they were immoral harlots and sex minded perverts but simply because it mad sense not to cover yourself too much. And i assure you that the weather hasn't changed that much despite global warming. Nairobi gets too hot to cover up from head to toe.
And precisely what is so wring with revealing your bust? They do exist, don't they? And no woman chose to have them correct? they were given to her by the Almighty in his abundant wisdom. You will no doubt argue that it leads to temptation, but may i remind you that the verse in Mathew says 'whosoever looks at a woman with lust in HIS eye...' It makes no mention of the one beheld because she has no sin! There is another verse from the good book I'd like to remind you of, though the chapter and verse escape me.
